(USA)–Elsewhere, Sports Spectrum's Bill Bumpas highlights one of many evangelistic efforts at the site of the Winter Olympics that is changing lives for Christ. "Evangelism Explosion hosted a four-day clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah. Trainees learned how to share their faith and then put it to practice by hitting the street. Paul Weissenborn, pastor of outreach for the Evangelical Free Church of Salt Lake City, the host clinic, describes the method they use. "The real key is to do it in a personal way; build a bridge of friendship with them, first. We share our testimony; we find out about their background. We try to establish a relationship with them. We feel that in, maybe a five-minute time period, we can establish a better relationship with them than some people have with their neighbors in five years, if you ask the right questions. " Although the clinic is over, Weissenborn says people are how going out on their own to share the Gospel. Bill Bumpas Mission Network News, Salt Lake City."
