(Central African Republic)–Next, sporadic fighting between government and rebel forces continues in the north of the Central African Republic since an October coup attempt. With little progress toward peace, the U.S. Embassy recommended Americans leave Bangui (BAHN-gee). Mission Aviation Fellowship last month evacuated more than 14 people from the Central African Republic. All are missionary refugees from Bangui. Please pray for MAF’s workers as they adjust to their new situation, and for the local believers as they carry on.
