Honduras (MNN)–The Association of Christian Schools International reports their school in Honduras celebrates five years this year.

Centro Evangelistico Asambleas de Dios Christian School in Tegucigalpa sponsors three other schools, two of which are in refugee areas, the result of Hurricane Mitch. They also have a school in Mesquitas rain forest that is accessible only by air.

Please pray that God continues to send qualified teachers. Pray, too, that God continues to change the lives of the staff members and over 1000 students.

ACSI provides professional and spiritual support to Latin America member schools for the purpose of developing a truly Christ-centered education that will prepare students to impact their community, country, and the world for the glory of God.

To accomplish this, the School Development Department serves as a linking agent between the North American and Latin American ACSI member schools to provide opportunities for intercultural activities for the mutual benefit of both parties involved.
