Christians in Argentina feed the hungry children in more ways than one.

Argentina (MNN)–Crime, economic troubles, and poverty threaten to overwhelm people living in East Central, Argentina.

AMG International is working in the city of Lujan in partnership with the World Evangelization Baptist Church.
Pastor Jorge Ovando takes his job very seriously. He is involved in a time of prayer each day for his city.

In fact, instead of doing prayer walks, which are so popular today, he is doing a “prayer drive.” He drives throughout the city praying for opportunities to reach specific neighborhoods with the gospel and that people would open their hearts and believe in Jesus Christ.

Another aspect of the outreach are their four feeding centers throughout the area. Five days a week, the church provides needy children with nutritious food and, along with that, regular exposure to the Gospel and spiritual training.

It costs 400-dollars a month to operate all four centers. Teams are trying to raise enough to sustain the ministry.
