Churches have resource to connect their members to missions

By January 5, 2005

USA (MNN) — Many church members want to be more involved in missions outreach worldwide, but they’re limited by the information that’s available to them. That’s why Mission Network News has launched a church bulletin insert service that’s providing the information Christians need to take action.

Executive Director and anchor of Mission Network News, Greg Yoder says, “This has been a dream of ours. We know that when the average Christian knows about the needs, they can’t help but get involved.”

Each month, Mission Network News features the top stories of the month with color photos and contact information to help the average person in the pew know what to do. “The information we’re providing will help church members pray more effectively. But, not only that, we provide contact information so that churches can get actively involved by supporting a specific ministry financially, or by organizing a short term trip. What a great way to catch the missions ‘bug’.”

You can see a copy of the most recent bulletin insert and subscribe to this monthly service at our web site, http://www.MNNonline.org. Just click on the bulletin insert logo on the right. You can also contact Mission Network News at 1-800-284-9361. Unfortunately the bulletins are only available in the United States.
