Goal reached for web project

By March 7, 2012

USA (MNN) — At a time when tough economic factors make it difficult to raise money for special projects, Mission Network News is rejoicing. Through the generosity of God's people, the funding needing to redesign and reprogram our MNN Web site has been provided.

"2006 was the last time we redesigned our Web site," says Greg Yoder, anchor and executive director of the ministry. "At that time, it was state of the art. Although it's still functional today, it is quickly becoming outdated. We see potential for more opportunities for us to tell Christians how they can get involved in outreach."

Technology has changed exponentially in the last six years. The updated Web site will help MNN provide more up-to-date news and information to a wider audience in a more efficient and engaging way.

It will also "allow more interaction with social media sites like Facebook and Twitter," Yoder adds. "This is important to reach the next generation of believers who want to make a difference for eternity, but don't know where to begin."

The end result of these changes is to further MNN's mission of motivating believers to get involved in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Join us in praising God for providing the funds needed for this special project. Pray with us for the ongoing provision of support for MNN monthly operations.
