OM teams remind people of the Christian roots of Christmas.

By December 7, 2004

England (MNN)–Operation Mobilization’s LUKE’s Kids ‘n’ Things teams are presenting an exciting Gospel program in schools across central England.

In the run-up to Christmas, the team will be doing 30 presentations of their Christmas program “The Boxing Day Boy” reaching up to 900 children a day for the next two weeks.

The Kids ‘n’ Things team will be going to primary schools (for children aged 5 to 11 years old) to explain the true meaning of Christmas to British children and their teachers.

Through story telling, puppetry, clowning and music, the team is able to remind people of the Christian roots of Christmas.

Please pray for the team’s safety in travel, energy and good health through the hectic schedule of the coming weeks.

Kids ‘n’ Things teams present the Christian message in a way that children can understand, relate and respond to by using a variety of creative skills. Launched in 1988, the Kids ‘n’ Things ministry reaches up to 20,000 children each year, mainly in schools and churches.
