OMS offers prayer and encouragment to workers in South Asia

South Asia (MNN)–OMS International has monitored their ministries in South Asia from afar. Recently a group from OMS traveled to the region to offer encouragment and support to team members.

OMS’ Dick McLeish says they wanted to see that the Lord is doing first-hand. “It was exciting to see that the Lord is moving in powerful ways. There is a church planting movement that continues to grow. Many vocational workers are reaching out to begin home churches. There is also a social outreach. They are developing schools and children’s homes.”

OMS is encouraging Christians to pray for their various ministries. Prayer requests include: staying focused on what God wants team members to do, encouraging Christians to stay strong and work at bringing Christ to various communities and then there are also concerns that their financial needs are met.
