Ukraine (MNN) — Have you ever wanted to go on a cruise? Do you also have passion for missions, particularly to Russia?

If so, you might want to check out the Russian Ministries river trip this summer from August 3-15. The trip will take place on the Black Sea and along the Dnieper River in Ukraine on "an elegant ship built specifically for river travel," according to Russian Ministries.

President of Russian Ministries Anita Deyneka and senior vice-president Sergey Rakhuba will be leading the trip. Throughout the 12-day journey, travelers will visit the historic cities of Odessa, Yalta, Sevastopol, Kherson, Zaporozhye (Rakhuba's hometown), Kremenchug, and Kiev.

In addition to learning about the history and culture of the region, participants will be able to see the work of Russian ministries in action. They will do so through visiting several ministry outreaches and churches and meeting with evangelical workers and leaders. One highlight of the trip will be a visit to the ministry's new training center and headquarters in Kiev "where you'll meet with our national team and see firsthand what God is doing to expand His kingdom in Ukraine," Russian Ministries said.

The discount rate for the trip has been extended until February 28. So if you are interested, act now. Call Sarah at Russian Ministries, 630-462-1739, or e-mail her at: [email protected].
