(Guinea)–Next, the Christian and Missionary Alliance says the political situation in Guinea remains tense. While the government’s intent is not clear, the situation is serious. Thousands of Guineans, Sierra Leonese, and Liberians continue to suffer as a result of the fighting. Many are dying of sickness and hunger, and thousands of refugees are seeking the safety of towns and cities away from the borders. Please pray as the C&MA national church works to meet the needs of believers and unbelievers alike.
