(International)–We turn next to a new missions partnership that could accelerate by as much as 100 years the translation of the Bible for the billion people who do not have God’s Word in their own language. The Southern Baptist International Mission Board and Wycliffe International will appoint missionaries to fill needs for translators, share church planting and translation projects and coordinate strategies for evangelizing unreached people groups. Through this partnership, translation work could be completed by as soon as 2050.
