(Egypt)–Next, the Voice of the Martyrs has learned that a large contingent of Egyptian security officers with armored vehicles and a bulldozer recently stormed and destroyed a building in Shobra El Khaima. Local Coptic Christians planned to use the four-story building for Sunday school, daycare, medical facilities, as well as a place of worship. Pray that the Egyptian government will compensate the church for this destruction. Pray, too, for peace to be maintained between local Christians and Muslims.
