(USA) — A special event will be in Kansas City, Missouri that will help teens in the Great Commission. Dare 2 Share Ministries is holding a “Last Chance” conference, an effort to encourage teens to reach their friends before it’s too late. Dare 2 Share’s Greg Stier explains the program. “Every six to eight minutes something different is happening on stage from movie clips to skits to training to worship to interactive games, but when Saturday is done they know how to share their faith. They know how to live their faith. And, they’ve done it. We’ve given them an opportunity to reach people in that particular city with a Gospel presentation.” Stier hopes these events will shake this generation because the outlook for the future church in America isn’t good. “Two out of three high school students plan on leaving the church after they graduate from high school. So, I call it the “great graduation evacuation”. And, I think it’s a symptom of a deeper problem, that they’ve been borrowing their Christianity from their parents or their pastors, but they haven’t owned it themselves.”
