(Egypt)–The Voice of the Martyrs reports that Egyptian authorities destroyed a newly constructed church building on the outskirts of Cairo. The incident came hours after the church conducted its first prayer meeting on the premises. On December 15, local authorities stormed the building, arrested 10 believers and destroyed what had been built. The building was to serve thousands of Christian families in the area. VOM asks that believers pray for these believers and their continued testimony.
