(Congo)–Next, civil war continues to shake sections of the Democratic Republic of Congo. However, there’s word that the people are marked by spiritual hunger. In response, the “JESUS” film has become a tool for evangelistic outreaches by believers. This summer, the Jesus Film Project will release a Kiyombe translation. According to the Jesus Film Project, this tribal group speaks a mostly oral tradition language that has since been used to mark the 600th translation of the film. Please pray that hearts will be changed through this new release.
