(Africa)–And finally, the Evangelical Free Church of America is asking people to help sponsor a pastor or church leader in Africa. It’s called the ‘Adopt-A-Leader’ program. EFCA officials say donations provide for the education of lay and pastoral leaders in Rwanda, Sudan and Congo. These leaders are selected by the local church. It costs approximately 16-hundred dollars a year to send a leader to theological training, which ultimately helps spread the Gospel. Pray that many in the west will help financially.
