(China)–And finally, there are some cities in China with populations numbering in the hundreds of thousands that have little or no Christian witness. That’s the word from the Southern Baptist International Mission Board. Because of the need, Southern Baptist churches in the United States are adopting these cities. Church leaders are traveling them, praying over them and encouraging missionary outreach to these areas. In six months three churches have adopted 10 Chinese cities, and are already seeing spiritual fruit.
