Summer interns needed across the globe and in the U.S.

International (MNN) — Entering the mission field is not an easy step. It can be hard to know if it's even what God wants of you if you have never really experienced the life of a missionary.

If you think full-time overseas ministry might be where God is calling you, Avant Ministries has a program that gives enough hands-on experience to likely make it clear where God wants you.

Summer internships are a standard part of most college educations, but for students hoping to graduate and enter the mission field, an office internship might not sound particularly appealing.

Avant Ministries has opportunities for students to join the mission field for a summer, to get involved head-on with church planting and ministry across the globe. International internships are available in the following regions: the Middle East, Argentina, Brazil, Central Asia, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Slovenia and Uruguay.

Several other internships are also available Avant's Christian camp, Echo Ranch, in Alaska. These include positions from web design, to medical assistance, to wrangling. Three internships are even available at the Avant headquarters in Missouri.

Past interns have received direction and experience through Avant internships. Watch a video of intern testimonials here.

If you or someone you know might be considering full-time ministry, this summer may be the perfect summer to explore the mission realm. Learn more about specific internships here.
