International (MNN) — If you are uncertain of your plans for the summer, consider being a summer intern at Wycliffe Bible Translators.

For eight to ten weeks this summer, there are three different opportunities to be a part of the work Christ is doing at Wycliffe.

The first opportunity is to serve at their headquarters in Orlando, Florida for 10-weeks, from June 7 to August 13. While there, you will have the chance to see how you can help in Bible translation, be a part of the Wycliffe community, connect with a discipleship groups, learn evangelism techniques and attend class to develop your leadership.

Additionally, you will live with other interns at condominiums in the surrounding neighborhood and have the chance to be in Florida for an extra week called TOTAL It Up!

Or, if you are interested in overseas opportunities, Wycliffe has several Discovery Trips to Ghana, Francophone, Mozambique, Uganda or Papua New Guinea for various lengths of time. These trips are geared toward individuals between the age of 21 and 35.

At each of these locations, there will be a unique opportunity to serve, specific to the region. Work will range from Bible translation and other literacy efforts, to hands-on experience in a variety of areas such as computers, education, media, accounting and construction.

Finally, if you are specifically interested in aviation, Wycliffe offers an aviation internship through JAARS for eight weeks of the summer. Held in Waxhaw, North Carolina at the JAARS Center, internships in aviation maintenance and information technology are currently available.
