International (MNN)–The International Bible Society (IBS) and Bible.com recently entered into a partnership that showcases both groups.
Bible.com now features IBS’ English Scripture translations on their new website. These translations include IBS’ New International Version (NIV), and other Scripture texts.
The idea was that together, the groups would be able to reach as many people as possible with the Word of God. According Stacy Fornara, CEO of Bible.com, “The alliance with IBS enables Bible.com to put the best contemporary English translations of the Bible into the hands and hearts of the Internet audience.”
It’s another example of working together to build God’s Kingdom through His Word. IBS President Peter Bradley sums up a united effectiveness by saying, “IBS is pleased when ministries such as Bible.com commit to use our Scriptures in meaningful, effective outreach.”
