Short-term team members needed for ‘JESUS’

By January 23, 2012

USA (MNN) — While the snow is still falling in many parts of the United States and school is still in session, one ministry is asking you to think about taking an adventure — taking JESUS with you. The JESUS Film, that is.

Start 2012 by planning to join one of nearly 40 trips this year. You can join a "JESUS" film mission trip and help bring "JESUS" to those who have yet to hear the good news. See your faith grow and experience the blessings the Lord has in store for you.

The JESUS Film Project has a desire to take the Gospel where Christ is not known (Romans 15:20). Their mission is to partner with national ministries by taking volunteers from the body of Christ on short-term trips to evangelize the least-reached using "JESUS" film products.

With more than 60 mission trips available each year, their experienced team leaders provide safe and meaningful mission experiences for teams ranging from 10 to 20 team members. These teams travel to more than 30 different countries to distribute copies of the "JESUS" film in the local languages. The teams also host large outdoor film showings, resulting in many viewers coming to know Christ personally.

Since 1997, more than 6,000 people have taken "JESUS" to the world, traveling to some of the most unreached people groups in the world.
