$11 can put Christian resources into the hands of those who need it

By February 7, 2005

USA (MNN) — Every month the Michigan-based Christian Resources International receives 70 requests for Bibles, Christian books and other resources. Because of increasing shipping expenses many of those requests are going unfulfilled. But, you can make an incredible difference.

CRI’s Fred Palmerton says the resources are available, but funding isn’t as accessible. Because of that, Palmerton says they have a 12 month backlog of requests. He says a gift of $11 can help fulfill each request. He says the backlog would be taken care of if just 100 people gave $100.

The resources are going to pastors, lay leaders in the church and new believers. Many of these people crave Christian literature to help them be more effective pastors, Christian leaders, or simply understand the Gospel. It’s a great project for churches, Sunday school classes or small group Bible studies to undertake.

If you’d like to help with your $100 gift, send it to, Christian Resources International, 200 Free Street, Fowlerville, Michigan 48836 or call (517) 223-3193.
