Thailand (MNN)–In a country where more than 94-percent of the population are Buddhists, AMG International’s evangelistic efforts in Thailand have seen positive response.

Among them, Grace Kindergarten. The school is expanding to a 12-room kindergarten and a 16-room primary school are under construction. The buildings are nearly complete and will be utilized right away.

AMG also has a youth hostel in the same area that has been operating since 1985. This summer, construction of permanent housing was completed to allow accommodations for 100 children. There is also a “Student Watch Care” program to reach children attending government school, where they also have the opportunity to share the Gospel.

The Camp Joy ministry is also in northern Thailand and AMG has seen it used tremendously by the Lord. The camping program started in 1985 with activities held twice a year.

Over the years, God has provided land so that now they have almost 20 acres for the camp. The aim is to conduct year-round camping activities through which the Gospel can be preached.

Development is ongoing. Through a generous gift of $20,000, four cabins for campers are presently being constructed. There is also a hostel under construction to house at least 60 children who greatly need help.

Through the various projects, AMG says their teams also have the opportunity to share the Gospel. Please pray for their coworkers and the needs of the various outreaches.
