Christian radio serves as a support to evangelism in Haiti.

Haiti (MNN)–And, Men 4 Missions’ project ‘Operation Saturation’ continues to spread the hope of Christ over Haiti.

Men 4 Mission’s Warren Hardig tells the story of an Evangelism Explosion technician who touched several dozen lives through her solar-powered radio. “She gave her radio to her father. Her father accepted the Lord after listening to it for about three months, and then, he gave it to a witch doctor who was a friend, and both of them accepted the Lord. Here’s one 30-dollar investment in a radio, and probably 36 people came to Christ because of this one radio.”

More than that, Hardig says the radios provide discipleship to new believers. “It’s not enough to just believe in Jesus. We must endeavor to walk away from evil, and that’s what we’re trying to encourage the people in Haiti to do.”

That allows Men 4 Missions to reach a population of just over a million-three Haitians in listening audience. Men For Missions International is the Laymen’s Voice of OMS International with headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana.

MFMI exists to involve Laymen in foreign missions. Their priority is The Lordship of Jesus Christ in each person’s life at home and around the world. For details on this project, go to www.sonnysolar.com.
