Christians are asked to respond to the needs of orphaned sibling groups.

By December 31, 2004

International (MNN)–Bethany Christian Services International is looking for adoptive families. That’s not unusual. What is different this time, is that they’re searching for homes for 20 waiting sibling groups of all ages.

One of the most difficult groups to place, many are not willing to take on the adoptive challenge of international sibling groups. As a result, many remain in the institutions until they age out.

Bethany has sibling groups from Eastern Europe and Latin America, and are available for many reasons. Difficult economic situations often force parents relinquish their children to the orphanages. Some children have suffered neglect and abuse.

Bethany wants to find families who will share the love and hope of Christ with these sibling groups.
