Crossroad Bible Institute issues a calls for help to share the love of Christ to Spanish-speaking prison inmates.

By August 3, 2006

USA (MNN) — In many prisons across the United States, Crossroad Bible Institute is being talked about as they make a difference in the lives of inmates in their Bible study programs. Instructors are investing spiritually into their students’ lives, and the inmates are feeling love and care that many have never received from their own families.

As prisoners go through the Bible study and discipleship curriculum, they tell other inmates. There’s a continual increase in numbers of students doing the lessons and growing in the spiritual walk.

CBI is seeing a major increase in Spanish-speaking enrollments. It’s a good problem to have, because it means that more inmates are hearing about the love and freedom found in Christ. But they desperately need more Spanish-speaking instructors to help with correcting lessons.
