IBS offers the Gospel to the techno-savvy in East Asia.

East Asia (MNN)–The International Bible Society is developing cutting-edge websites that will capture the attention of tech-savvy youth in the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia.

The sites will present God’s Word, the person of Jesus Christ, and the whole of the Gospel message to a potential audience of a half-million East Asian youth.

That’s an especially interesting challenge as most of these areas are where Islam and Buddhism severely restrict the freedom to investigate the truth of Christianity.

Research indicates that spirituality in the early years has a powerful lifelong impact and that youngsters’ spiritual beliefs go with them into adulthood. That is the fuel that drives this project. $16,000 is needed to develop the Website and operate it for the first year.

Pray for open hearts as IBS provides a forum where contemporary issues can be discussed in a format that is accessible, dynamic and even interactive. Click here if you want to help.
