Remote Quechua villagers hear God’s word.

Bolivia (MNN)–Sunday, July 24th, was a first for a rural tribe in Cochobamba, Bolivia.

New Tribes Mission teams launched an evangelistic Bible teaching ministry for people living in rural Quechua villages.

The same Bible study lessons will be offered twice a week, giving the people an opportunity to choose the most convenient time, or to hear it twice.

The lessons also coincide neatly with what the villagers are already hearing via Christian radio. Pray for the continued outreach of the FM radio station. The station broadcasts daily Bible teaching in three languages.

Much of the non-Christian community listens regularly because it is the only good radio station in the area. Pray for open hearts among the people there.
