SAT-7 PARS sees fast growth.

By March 20, 2007

International (MNN)– SAT-7 Pars is growing fast.   A relative newcomer into the SAT-7 family,
it's a semi-autonomous unit, providing quality Christian TV programming for
Persian satellite viewers in Iran,
Afghanistan
and adjacent countries.

The new channel, SAT-7 Pars offer Farsi Christian
programming daily and another four hours a day in Turkish.  Among the new
lineup is a specific series for children. Called "King of the Ark",
this puppet program features an animal puppet who travels through Iran and often returns to the "Ark" to discuss things he has learned with
other animals and listen to Bible stories.

Other locally produced programs focus on family
relationships and biblical teaching.

One is called Ajab (Wow!) that includes short and
often humorous drama with a teaching segment.

Family life notwithstanding, producers are also highlighting
family life in this region.  They're
readying a program is called "My Home, My Paradise", which focuses on family
relationships, and is hosted by Dr. Johnny Manassian.

Persian viewers who have watched Farsi programs on SAT-7
will now need to tune in to Hotbird 6, transponder 157, 11,642 MHz, Horizontal
Polarity, 27.5 MSym/sec, FEC 3 / 4 to view SAT-7 Pars.

With the Iranian New Year coming up, the Pars team is busy
planning a number of specials and testimonial programs that will air during
that important Iranian holiday. Please pray for the team producing these  programs, that viewers will find the shows
that will meet their spiritual and emotional needs.
