Seven Churches of Revelation to teach Christians today

By June 3, 2010

Turkey (MNN) — If you neglected to look at the country of Turkey, vast amounts of early church history would be missing: about 80 percent of Paul's missionary journeys took him there, Jesus followers were first called "Christians" at Antioch, and John addressed seven churches from Turkey in Revelation.

This fall, from October 30 to November 11, you can join I.N. Network as they travel to Turkey and appreciate early and current church history. The focus of the trip will be visits to the ruins of the Seven Churches of Revelation and discovering the message each place has for the Church today.

In addition to visiting these churches, host Pastor Dennis Miller will guide the trip to other biblical sites and then introduce you to contemporary Turkish Christians who serve Christ as a faithful minority, even when faced with persecution.

Plus, if you so choose, you will have a chance to meet all of the I.N. Network leadership from the 39 countries in which they serve, as they gather for a convocation of worship, ministry stories and inspiration.
