Elsewhere, Baptist World Alliance reports that Christians in Yugoslavia are asking for urgent prayers for their country. The area is caught in the grip of political tension over the recent elections. Though peaceful protests have begun, there is understandable concern for conflict in an area that has seen terrible violence in recent times. Due to the rising tension, believers are asking for other Christians to pray for a peaceful solution to the electoral crises, and that there not be any danger of conflicts and bloodshed.
