(Uganda)–Next, the attacks of the Lords Resistance Army (LRA), the rebel group in northern Uganda, are growing bolder. A week ago, Food for the Hungry received devastating news from their staff in Uganda. LRA rebels kidnapped two teenaged girls from Food for the Hungry’s Child Sponsorship communities. Pray for Food for the Hungry staff as they determine the next course of action. Food for the Hungry is a Christian relief and development group dedicated to meeting physical and spiritual needs around the world.
