Story number 3 for 16 Jan 2001

By January 16, 2001

Aid workers have been evacuated from Guinea in West Africa following renewed rebel attacks over the weekend. Some two-hundred-thousand refugees, most of whom fled wars in neighboring countries, are now facing a severe assistance shortage. However, the Christian and Missionary Alliance reports that they have decided to begin a relief project among the internally displaced refugees. Please pray for the missionaries and believers as they work to share the love of Christ in this dangerous situation.
