(USA) — An evangelical group is thanking God for the largest appointment of missionaries in its history. The Southern Baptist International Mission Board reports that 124 new workers, including six apprentices, were appointed recently to overseas assignments. But, while a record number of workers are coming forward, the supply of new missionaries isn’t meeting the demand. Because of that, they’re forced to face their toughest decision — deciding which people groups will be deprived of hearing the gospel.
