Story number 3 for 6 Sep 2001

(Honduras)–Honduras and other Central American countries are suffering a severe food shortage caused by a drought. Officials estimate over 90 percent of their crops have been destroyed by the drought. International Aid, a Christ-centered relief and development agency, is responding by purchasing food for needy families with small children. I-A is also readying a container of emergency food items to send to Honduras. As the help goes out, please pray that the people would see the love of Christ and that seeds of the Gospel could be planted.
