Open Doors is reporting that officials of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees confirmed that former Muslim Mohammed Haji and his family have been accepted for emergency resettlement by New Zealand. Haji is slated to leave Yemen with his family by August 9th for religious asylum in New Zealand. Haji, was put on trial in late June on charges of committing apostasy, a capital offense under Islamic law. Please continue to pray for the family’s resettlement, and thank God for answering prayer.
