(Yemen)–Meanwhile, a U-S based mission organization is relinquishing their responsibilities at a hospital they operated in Yemen. The Southern Baptist International Mission Board is negotiating with Yemeni nationals to take over the hospital, allowing them to focus on critical-needs in outlying areas. IMB officials are encouraging their medical workers to stay at the hospital, modeling Christ’s love to the community. The hospital has been struggling due to the lack of medical personnel for several years.
