We turn next to Madagascar, where Book of Hope’s John Young says things are hopping. He shares this story of how the doors opened. “A missionary had the opportunity to sit next to the Minister of Education on a plane, and didn’t know it. [He] began talking about the Book of Hope and the ministry of reaching children and through that conversation, it opened up the door for us to go into the schools.” Young says this is a landmark distribution not only for their ministry, but also for the country. “We have gotten permission through the Minister of Education in Madagascar to distribute the Book of Hope in every school there. So, we’re really excited about that. Distribution will start sometime next year. We’re working on the translations now.”
