(USA)–And finally, our Focus on America takes us to camp where camping ministries are having an impact on entire families. Life Action Revival Ministries is offering Family Camps at their facility in Buchanan, Michigan. Life Action’s Retreat and Conference Director Jimmy Herdklotz. “We try to make a lot of things available for families just to be able to come and relax and get away from the hustle and bustle and distractions of every day life and be together as a family. And then, two concentrated times each day hearing from God’s word.” Herdklotz says typical camping activities are offered at the camp. He says this camp this type of camping ministry is unique. “One of the great things about family camp is when God does a work in the dad’s life or the mom’s life, and knowing that as they go home some of the things that God did while they were here will remain and will spread throughout the entire family.”
