(USA)–And, for millions of Christians the world over, the dream of owning a Bible can become a reality this Christmas. That’s due to a program launched by Zondervan, World Vision and the International Bible Society. The three organizations kicked off ‘Share the Light’ with the goal of putting one million Bibles into the hands of needy families. For every Zondervan or Zonderkidz Bible purchased from October through December, a Bible or Scripture portion will be donated to a needy family in one of 22 countries.
