(Colombia)–And, Open Doors reports that Colombian pastor Enrique Gómez was released unharmed recently, after being held hostage for six months by Colombian guerrillas. Since his return home, he continues his duties as pastor of Bogota’s 18-thousand member Bethesda Missionary Center and part-owner of a chain of eight Christian radio stations in Colombia. His kidnappers, FARC Rebels, believed he was rich in money, which is why they targeted him. However, no ransom was paid for his release.
