Vocational Bible Institute graduates students

By September 30, 2008

Bangladesh (MNN) — The IN
Network
Vocational Bible Institute celebrates its students' successful
completion of a one-year program training students in Bible, computer and
specialized teaching.

The Bible students will
now proclaim the Word of God in their respective areas. Many students who complete the vocational course
at the Savar Vocational Bible Institute go on to become evangelists serving
within their community and surrounding villages. Ten new students
joined the program this month.

Other new arrivals to IN
Network schools include six new students at the Savar College Hostel. The
college hostel provides facilities for orphans and destitute children, as well
as stipend opportunities for higher studies.

IN Network has a passion
for ministering to the people of Bangladesh. Their ministry includes
schools for orphaned and destitute children, the Vocational Bible School, slum
schools, office training programs for young women, and a mother and child care
clinic. In the future, IN Network plans to establish the care clinic as a fully-functional hospital and offer more training programs for the young people of
Bangladesh.

Upcoming governmental
elections are a cause for concern for believers. Past outbreaks of violence
against Christians have occurred, and safety could be an issue. A caretaker
government has been ruling Bangladesh since violent disputes among major
political parties broke out over rigged polling last January. They've played an
important role in every sector of the country.
