USA (MNN) — Little Samaritan Mission has been serving the needs of the poor in Romania and Moldova since 1988. It’s founder Florin Pindicblaj along with his wife, Lidiana, have seen the ministry grow to include radio networks in both countries. However, Lindiana is in desperate need of prayer.

According to Noel Simonca, the couple’s son in-law says, “We recently found out that (Lidiana’s) cancer has come back with a vengeance. It has spread to other parts of her body. The doctors have told us they have no options.”

Florin and Lidiana together helped thousands of orphans and continue to reach out to the needs of the poor in both countries. The family is asking Christians worldwide to pray for Lidiana. Pray that God will heal her and that the family will have many opportunities to share their faith as they go through this trail in their lives.

Pray also for their work in Romania. They’re currently raising $12,000 to purchase transmitters for two new radio stations in Romania before they lose their licenses. The radio stations will allow the Gospel to be heard by thousand more people in the country.
