Gifts needed for missionaries and their families

USA (MNN) — Christmas gifts are needed for missionaries and their children at D & D Missionary Homes in Florida. D & D’s Phil Fogle explains the need. “We have more than 65 missionary kids on the campus. We want to make this a special time for them. We have a special Christmas party for all the kids. And, we will provide gifts for our kids.”

Fogle says even more donated gifts are needed for children and adults for something they call, ‘gift selection day.’ “We put out a lot of new or like new gifts on table and the missionary kids can come in and ‘buy’ gift for their brothers and sisters and moms and dads. And then, the parents can come in and ‘buy’ gifts for their kids. And of course it’s all free.” This allows missionaries to spend money on ministry, rather than buying Christmas gifts.
