(International)–Meanwhile, World Vision says where there is sickness or disaster, there is usually a resulting mental health crisis, which fuels greater suffering. According to a recent World Vision study, 25-percent of the people with high HIV infections are clinically depressed. The evangelical relief agency is pursuing a psycho-social pilot program in Uganda to help combat this problem. If successful the program will be repeated in other high HIV infected areas in an effort to point people to Christ.
