Triumphant Mercy Lebanon purchases house of prayer

By June 18, 2021

Lebanon (MNN) — Amid the severe financial crisis facing Lebanon, Triumphant Mercy Lebanon has purchased a space to be used as a house of prayer.

Nuna talks about the importance of God’s people praying. “God is operating from the prayer of the people. He doesn’t operate by Himself, He wants to engage people with Him so that he can operate in the land. So if He wants to make a change in the land, He uses people like us: every church, every prayer group. He uses us to be His hands and feet.”

At the beginning of the year, Nuna says Triumphant Mercy didn’t think they would be able to purchase such a space. They are rejoicing in God’s provision and excited to see what He wants to do.

A larger movement

Nuna says, “It’s not just for Lebanon. I believe this is only the beginning of what He wants to do in the Middle East. I have lots of expectations of the transformation that’s going to happen in Lebanon, just because people will be praying. That’s the only reason: just because people will be praying. Not because of the United Nations, not because of America, and not because of Europe.”

You can join this movement of prayer. Ask the Holy Spirit to sustain Christians and churches in Lebanon. Pray they will have the strength and unity to shine the light of Jesus.
