By April 7, 2004

USA (MNN)–People are hungry for the Gospel in Miami.

Hector Lavalle, is Regional Director for the U.S. Hispanic Ministries for the Bible League. He’s working with area pastors and representatives to partner the League with local ministries and reach out to South Florida’s Hispanic community.

Evangelical churches throughout Latin America have shown an overwhelming response to the Bible League’s church growth strategy. South Florida churches will soon have evangelism and discipleship training and the accompanying Scriptures available locally.

Hector is already meeting with individual pastors, pastor’s groups, and denominational representatives to explain what the Bible League can provide to support their ministries.

South Florida is one of the largest Hispanic areas in the United States, second only to Los Angeles. Plans are also in the works to expand in Chicago, New York, and the Texas border area.
