Tanzania (MNN)–Grace Ministries International says a medical team visit to the Rukwa Valley in Tanzania turned out to be an exciting ministry.

The outreach was medical and spiritual in nature with treatment for eye disorders and fitting others with glasses, as well as general health issues. It was exciting to see those who received glasses literally see well for the first time in their lives.

One hundred and twenty-four teeth were extracted. Along with dental extractions and teams also were involved with open air preaching. Overall, in four days of clinics, 400 people were treated and a quarter of them received glasses.

As a result of the outreach, eight people came to Christ. GMI thanks believers for their prayer support during the outreach. The team made a big impact on the work in the Rukwa Valley.
