People in Chad to hear the Gospel over the airwaves.

By December 29, 2005

Chad (MNN) — High illiteracy rates in the African country of Chad make radio of key importance in reaching people with the Gospel.

After a successful fundraising project, Back to the Bible set up a pioneer radio station, but missionaries recently returned to the country to find the antenna tower bent from a summer wind storm.

Broadcasting is still scheduled to begin on January first, with initial programming in the Fulbe and Kwong languages.

Pray that many people will hear and respond to the truth of God’s Word.
