(International)–Meanwhile, Bible translation projects are in danger of being cancelled or postponed because of the lack of funds. Officials with Wycliffe Bible Translators say gifts to fund projects have declined significantly placing training programs in Africa, Asia and Latin America in danger of being cancelled or postponed. Existing translation projects are also being delayed or closed, which will keep millions of people waiting for God’s word in their own language. Wycliffe is facing a one-point-five million dollar shortfall.
